Martin B-26 Marauder Research The purpose of these pages is to share information relating to the B-26 in WWII. The pages are arranged by Bomb Group with the exception of the complete serial listing for cross-referencing purposes. The information is arranged in a plain text list to make editing easier. Entires are arranged in various ways (not strictly by serial number) and contain any additional information I have such as a known pilot, loss date etc. Some areas are quite extensive, while others contain very little information. If you have any additions or corrections please E-mail me and I will make necessary changes. Hopefully these pages will become more complete in the future and will help further the knowledge base of one of the greatest airplanes to see service in WWII. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Sources & Credits My sources for the information contained in these lists are wide and varied; having cross-referenced many photographs, published material and various official documents. Of the many internet resources available, special mention must be made of Franz Reisdorf's assistance, his 320th BG web site and his contributors Trevor Allen, Paul Clouting and Peter Smith. Mike Smith's B26.com has proved an invaluable resource providing an extensive written and photographic library of information covering all the B-26 units.
