COPYRIGHT REGARDING THE IMAGES ON THIS SITE
All the artwork that appears on this site are low resolution JPEGs that are watermarked with the script (C)2004. MARK STYLING. The script is faded so that it only just visible, but still allows the artwork to be adequately viewed. The watermark makes my images easily recognizable and uneconomical to repair.
These images are my property and cannot be published in any form without my permission. Their presence on this site (and therefore the internet) does not make them 'public domain'; they remain my property. Taking my artwork and re-using it in any form is a copyright offence. Taking my artwork and then changing or modifying it in any way is also an abuse of my copyright.
In certain circumstances I will allow the use of these images on other web sites provided agreement with me is sought beforehand. If they are used without my prior knowledge and consent, no permission to use will be granted.

All prints are sold on the strict understanding that they are not to be re-sold, published or reproduced in any form. Any unauthorized copying, reselling or publishing will be challenged by law. The copyright of the printed artwork remains mine even after the sale of a print. I am selling artwork to be viewed and enjoyed by the purchaser of the print. Any revenue gained from further publication is rightfully mine and will be claimed together with appropriate punitive damages in the event of copyright infringement.
